Q. Does roof installation take a while?
A: The completion time of projects varies; we provide an estimated duration after gathering the requirements of your project.
Q: Does your company do residential or commercial work?
A: Yes, we work on both residential and commercial projects.
Q. Where will we start?
A. The first step is a free consultation. Give us a call and schedule a walk-through. We will go in-depth about the scope of work requested and the estimated completion time. A cost estimate is provided on the same day in most cases.
Q. Where will we sleep? Is it best to leave?
Most of our customers do not leave their homes. We do our very best to minimize disruption and respect their home, space, and privacy.
Q. What about current pictures, art, etc.?
All pictures and art must be removed from walls prior to our arrival.
Q. How many rooms will we start and finish each day?
This will be determined by the scope of work and the room size. As part of the walk through, we will provide our best estimated completion time.
Q. Do you paint inside closets and cabinets?
Closets are included in our estimate unless otherwise requested by customer. Painting inside of cabinets is dependent on what the customer wants.
Q. What do we have to move before painters arrive?
All furniture must be removed from the room or pushed to the middle of the room. If left in the room, we will tarp for safety.
